GETTING HEALTHY AND STRONG!!!


Yaaaaaaaaaaa I have lost 7 lbs since Monday doing Body for Life. It truly does work! Hubby already noticed my tummy a little smaller. I am working out at least 20 minutes a day, eating tons of healthy foods and a lot of protein. Carbs are ok in moderation. Already my energy level has doubled. Wish me luck i have more to goooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!
